Hello. My name is Angie. I am almost 45, a Mom, and a child of the King.
I was born into a Christian home, and we attended a fundamental Baptist church until I was about 12 years old. My parents left because the church focused more on the “rules” than the gospel. Somehow, my parents got in touch with missionaries, and we became very close to them. The missionaries started a small church called Grace Baptist, and when they had to leave, my Dad took over. Eventually, the church closed as most members went to a bigger church, and my parents pulled away from the faith.
In my teens and early adulthood, I strayed. I had a child at 23, which ended my party days, and I’m thankful for that. While I became more responsible as a mom, I still didn’t fully follow God’s word. I talked to Him, but I was still rebellious.
I started nursing school in 2019, and when COVID hit, everything changed. One night, while out in the backfield behind my house with my dog, I experienced massive chest pains, difficulty breathing, and nausea. I thought I was having a heart attack, but it turned out to be blood clots in my lungs. My life came to an immediate stop, and I realized it wasn’t luck that saved me.
My dad passed away years ago, and I was estranged from my family. I had no one but my 19-year-old son. During this time, I started hearing talk of the mark of the beast and such, but I had a lot to deal with, so I didn’t pay too much attention.
I suddenly had lots of time on my hands while I was busy healing. God was on my radar, but not that much at first. I needed medication to survive, but it was very expensive, and I had to choose between rent and meds. My son’s stepmom, a Christian, lent us the money for a deposit on a new place, preventing us from becoming homeless. This was a clear sign of God’s love.
The new place we moved to was next to a huge old church that had been converted into someone’s house. It became a constant reminder of God’s presence. Still, I didn’t fully come back to God.
Fast forward six months, and I had another pulmonary embolism. My life was put on hold again, but this time, the medication was covered. God was on my mind during this period, but I hadn’t fully returned to Him.
As time passed, I experienced more health issues and surgeries, but God’s presence was becoming stronger in my life. I began to read the Bible, and it was a revelation! I realized that God forgave me for past mistakes, and that was all I needed to recommit my life to Jesus.
I’ve become reborn in Christ, and my entire life has changed. I left behind my old habits, like cannabis, dating, and swearing. I spend time studying and absorbing as much about Jesus as I can. The old me seems like someone else entirely, and I praise God for this transformation.
My health has improved, and though I tire more quickly, I understand why God saved me. I long to make Him proud and hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” I never finished school, but I plan to in 2024, if we are still here. My time in school taught me how to study, and now, I apply that to studying God’s Word. He will reveal His plan to me, and I’m eager to hear it.
Thank you for letting me share. I love you all and look forward to seeing you soon.
Angie 🎺🙏🙌

Amen! Amen! God’s hand was over Angie’s life, literally!! What a great and wonderful God we have! Out of our deepest wounds, He heals us!
Has God done something extraordinary in your life? Do you want Him too? If you don’t know Jesus – now is the time! As Angie says, “I never finished school, but plan to in 2024, if we are still here…” Our time on this Earth may not be as long as we realize.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (NKJV): “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.”
So now is the time – today is the day – to get to know Jesus!!
John 3:16 (NKJV): “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
John 3:18 (NKJV): “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
1 Corinthians 15:1-5 (NKJV):
1 Corinthians 15:1-5 (NKJV): “Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.”
If you believe in your heart that Jesus has risen and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord – you will be saved!!
Romans 10:9 (NKJV): “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
If you want to give your life to Jesus – say this prayer with me!
Oh God in heaven, I know I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sins and my life; I know I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, shed his precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for all of my sins, and I am now willing to turn from sin and towards him.
You said in the Bible that if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. Today, I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe with all my heart that God raised him from the dead. At this very moment, I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior according to His word. Thank you for saving me, Lord! Thank You for Your grace, truth, and eternal life. Amen
Congratulations!!! You are now a member of the Kingdom of God! We want to help you on your journey. Please reach out to us at info@tolministries.com so we can help you find a home church, get you connected to other Christians, and help you with your Bible study!! We look forward to hearing from you and to seeing you in the air with us when our mighty Lord Jesus Christ returns for His bride!!

Your story is a wonderful reminder that God is always with us, giving us signs of Him, and whether we accept them or reject them, we can never escape them. He’s always there for us, even in our darkest moments, waiting for us to rely on Him, instead of ourselves. I’m so glad you’re doing better. I can’t wait to meet you in the air.
